Discuss Issues Around the NEW PATRONS Programme
The NEW PATRONS model and method represent a suggestion about how artistic production can be conceived and carried out in a democratic society.

This proposal is discussed here:
What consequences does this proposed model involve? What speaks for it, and against it?

- What social history of art does the NEW PATRONS programme build upon? What can be learned from this history?
- What distinguishes NEW PATRONS from other forms of commissioned art, participative art, “art in public space,” etc.
- What cultural political significance does the NEW PATRONS programme have in light of a European cultural policy of the future?

These and further questions are to be addressed in new contributions as well as through the publication of older texts to inspire discussion.
Are you a writer or a scholar and want to provide a contribution, publish an essay, or point out a further set of issues or a historical text?

Or do you want to integrate NEW PATRON projects into your own academic work? You are planning an event or a publication, and would like to include the NEW PATRONS?
